Banana Nut Bread


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped


Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Cream the sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Beat in bananas and eggs.

Add Bisquick and nuts.

Stir well until dry ingredients are moistened.

Pour into a greased and floured pan.

Bake 1 hour.

Cool thoroughly before slicing.


Cover with foil for last 15 minutes if top browns too quickly.

Can be frozen.

Yield: 1 loaf
